We offer much more than just great prices, but we don’t want price to be a reason you shop elsewhere.
At Emerald Doors Ltd we are continuously monitoring our prices to keep ahead of our competitors. This takes some time due to prices changing constantly and therefore impractical for us to offer the best price always. However, If you find the same product at a cheaper price, we’ll match it or try to beat it.
All you need to do is make a note of the product, its price and the competitor you want us to match. We will verify and match the price there and then for you. We will match a competitor's advertised store or website price provided the product is brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms. Both we and the competitor must have the product in stock and available for delivery, and we must be able to verify the competitor's price and stock availability.
To qualify for a price match, the competitor must operate both a physical showroom and a website. We do not price match against online-only, ecommerce-only, marketplace, or auction websites.
Our Price Promise applies to the product price only and does not include delivery charges, installation, or any other services. The Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or voucher. We reserve the right to refuse a price match where these conditions are not met.
**Competitor Promo Prices
If a competitor is running a promotional offer, we will do our best to match or beat this offer for you, but in some cases factories can run special offers which only apply to specific retailers. In these cases we would need to consult the manufacturer to see if this can be matched.
We cannot beat prices on products which are already listed at a sale or offer price (IE a pre-reduced 'from/was' price).
