COVID - 19, A MESSAGE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
5th November 2020 - New National Restrictions
Following the Prime Minister’s statement on 31 October 2020, we can confirm that we intend to remain fully operational across most areas of our business, whilst continuing to assess and monitor all the guidance and information available. Our showroom will be closed until the 2nd of December 2020 however website/online orders will be processed as normal. Customers may still collect from the store by appointment.
As we continue to manage our business through these recent restrictions, our priority is to minimise the risk of transmitting the virus and to keep our employees and customers safe, whilst maintaining the service levels you have come to depend upon from us. Where our office staff can effectively work remotely they will do so and will remain available to assist you.
Our delivery scheduling remains unchanged and we will update you further should this be necessary.
27th March 2020 - Business Trading Update
Further to our operations update announcement on 24th March, we have continued to monitor developments and have reviewed our position in respect of trading operations going forward. Our priority as this time remains the Health and Safety of our colleagues, customers and communities. We have made it possible for some of the staff members to work remotely from home, therefore you can still contact us. Please note that our working house will be reduced but we can still assist you. We will continue the supply of goods and continue to process orders. please note although we are still continuing to make deliveries the lead time will be extended due to the current situation.
24th March 2020 - Business Trading Update
Following the Government’s announcement, the door showroom will be closed from Tuesday 24th March until further notice. We will continue to process online orders and will endeavor to deliver as many orders as possible, but this may be subject to delays. We will continue to stay in touch through our digital and social platforms, our website and warehouse are currently still operating, with the latter working to strict health & safety and public health guidelines. We are continuously reviewing this service with our delivery partners, to operate in the safest way possible, we would appreciate your understanding at this very difficult time. (Collections from the branch will not be possible until further notice)
We will be in touch with those who have placed orders for delivery or collection, and who haven’t yet received their goods, to advise on the next steps.

As the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to develop, we wanted to take this opportunity to inform our customers that it is business as usual, both in-branch and online sales.
Ensuring everyone's safety
We’d like to reassure you that we are following all necessary guidelines laid out by the Government, as well as taking guidance from other relevant authorities, to ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues at this difficult time.
We've put additional hygiene measures in place in-store, and have ensured those showing symptoms, or living with people with symptoms, remain at home. We are also implementing some simple social distancing measures in branch and we ask that you respect the boundaries in place.
Always keeping you informed
We'll continue to support you, our valued customers, and your projects for as long as we are able to, but it’s very much business as usual until then. We are closely monitoring these fast-moving events and will keep you fully informed every step of the way.
In the meantime, our fantastic colleagues look forward to welcoming you in-branch.
